The pastry and patisserie professionals in our in-house confectionery are always coming up with some new and very special delicacies, prepared with utmost care and attention to detail. The same passion that goes into the catering of wedding parties and similar events in our hotel can be tasted during your casual afternoon visit to our café or sun terrace. On our sun terrace, the meals from our restaurant Mauritz, our cakes, tarts, and pastries, and a wide range of drinks from our hotel bar La Vida are made even more enjoyable by fresh air and a lush scenery. Overlooking the river Ems, you will enjoy both great tastes and closeness to nature – no matter whether you are only looking for a small snack in the afternoon or a complete multi-course dinner in the evening..

Please note that we can only note tables in the outdoor area as a request, a fixed table reservation is unfortunately not possible here.
Our bar La Vida is a place for meeting up and exchanging ideas, for making acquaintances and strengthening business relationships – and, of course, for enjoying our carefully selected drinks. Close out an eventful day in style, enjoying a fine beverage with friends or family, and reflect on all you have experienced in and around Rietberg so far.
Are you interested in a cocktail course? Starting in October, we will offer these again on isolated dates. A minimum number of participants of 6 persons (maximum 15 persons) is required!
